    • By creating an account, users gain access to our AI-powered educational platform. The contents provided are for personal use only and may not be shared, resold, or distributed in any form.

    • Additionaly, artificial intelligence and machine learning are rapidly evolving fields of study. We are constantly working to improve our services to make them more accurate, reliable, safe, and beneficial. Given the probabilistic nature of machine learning, when you use ExamAI you understand and agree to the following. Output may not always be accurate. You should not rely on output from ExamAI as a sole source of truth or factual information, or as a substitute for professional advice. You must evaluate output for accuracy and appropriateness for your use case, including using human review as appropriate, before using output from ExamAI. Our Services may provide incomplete, incorrect, or offensive output that does not represent the views of ExamAI. If output references any third party products or services, it does not mean the third party endorses or is affiliated with ExamAI.

    • By creating an account, users are granted access to AI features which are described as "unlimited". However, this is subject to a fair use policy. "Unlimited" does not mean that users can use the AI features in an excessive manner beyond what is reasonably expected for individual use. ExamAI reserves the right to monitor the use of AI features by all users. If a user is found to be using the AI features excessively, in a way that could impact the quality of service for other users or result in disproportionate costs for ExamAI, we reserve the right to temporarily or permanently limit or suspend the user's access to these features. ExamAI reserves the right to terminate accounts who consistently use the AI features beyond what ExamAI considers "fair use". This fair use policy is implemented to ensure the best quality of service for all ExamAI users and to maintain the sustainability of our platform.   9. Governing Law

    • These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ireland. If any of these terms are deemed invalid or unenforceable for any reason, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be severed from these terms and the remaining terms will continue to apply. Failure of ExamAI to enforce any of the provisions set out in these Terms of Service and any Agreement, or failure to exercise any option to terminate, shall not be construed as waiver of such provisions and shall not affect the validity of these Terms of Service or of any Agreement or any part thereof, or the right thereafter to enforce each and every provision.
